Based in South Derbyshire with over 20 years experience in Occupational Therapy, specialising in supporting people in the community. With expertise in specialist and general adaptations, equipment, moving handling advice and setting rehab goals within a client's own home, care home or day care centre setting.

I am passionate about promoting dignity, self advocacy with a personalised approach.

Additionally, I believe strongly in supporting those that are in informal caring roles for family members or friends.

Clients I have worked with will have an array of neurological, physical and cognitive conditions. Assessments will always be client or carer centered and needs led with an aim of increasing independence for the client and also the skills and confidence of the carer.
